How do i make i-Tunes store my library onto an External drive instead of my PC's C drive?

When i changed my i-tunes file location to my external drive songs wont play, i get a prompt to search/find the song file in its new location.


i have 3000 songs and dont want to have to do this 3000 times.


is there a easy way to fix this?

go into the iTunes preferences and change the location of the iTunes Music folder location under the advanced tab.
